Any further thoughts: I believe he has hacks as he continually seemed to hook out of los on hills. Maybe he was good enough to do it all the time but it seemed suspicious

Please re-fill out the Time of Violation field. It is asking for the time of in-game timer or the replay timer.

For example;

Replay timer
[00:09:42] Player uses a nuke spell through fog which hits the opposing player perfectly. This is obvious Map-Hack.

Providing us with the date and world time will not help us as it is completely irrelevant to the game time itself.

LOL he doesnt hack, I was on his team watching him play. He anticipated where you were right when you ran into fog and did great hooks. I'll admit though, they did look like hacking, but also totally plausible. Look closely at the replay and you will see that he is sometimes next to enemy heros and is totally blind to them.
