So he lie about antistuck rule and threat with ban
Must be used on your stuck units.
Cannot be used on opponent team.
Cannot be used to kill-steal your teammate. (Using anti-stuck on units in the middle is allowed.)
Cannot be used to delay or prevent units from teleporting to king with the intention to hide units or to aggro units away from king.
Cannot be used on creeps and sends that are attacking the king.
Cannot be used in an attempt to make sends go directly to the king by avoiding towers in a cross.

So 1 goblin blaster went alone up, i anti stuck others that stay on mid and stuck, so they went up, where's the problem? no problem, he lie about rules, ban him for that so he dont do that again

you need to provide a replay link if you want someone to take a look on it.
anyway antistuck is not allowed on the 1200+ bot unless units are actually stucked.
if he would report you, you would get a ban.
