I think the key is called "TEAMVALUE"

When we say the team must have 60% or 70% of the recommended value it would cure nearly all clog problems. Clog is the problem of the team and if you leak 50 units on 5 and 6 but you have a mid its really no problem. The advantage of teamvalue is you can have a dead a dead lane if you really roll crap and its no problem for an engie player to fall under the 50% value.
So the teamvalue solve the clog problem 5/6 and minimize the clog 15! Its no problem if you have a suicider and leaker(cause for sure its needed sometimes when a player got a really bad outroll or was fucked by a send), but you cant have 3 suicider and archer holder for example.
