Game Name: [ENT] DotA apem us/ca #11
Your Warcraft III Username: reaperssun
Violator's Warcraft III Username: iiillliiiooiioo@uswest, entire scourge team
Violated Rule(s): axe was blatantly not helping team, not listening to a word we said and just keep going alone/suiciding/feeding
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 21:31, 44:34, 47:20
Any further thoughts: axe definitely needs to be banned for this waste of time game. Enemy team needs some sort of ban for not kicking him and letting this drag on. They just wanted to get fat off his free kills.

Re: [DOTA] iiillliiiooiioo@uswest
Axe clearly meets criteria for game ruin. Never with team, laning alone and repeatedly getting ganked, retreats from team fights for no reason. Feeds and complains about "no team". Has hx game ruining: viewtopic.php?t=103389, viewtopic.php?t=102174.
iiillliiiooiioo banned 7 days for game ruin/failure to cooperate with allies, third offense.
No bans for failure to votekick. From the scourge standpoint it was less obvious. Both thrall and lina had similar k/d's and it was dificult for scourge to see why axe was being singled out. Also, the votekicks started early, with many attempts before it was really clear he was ruining, which both numbed them to future attempts and made them reluctant to trust your judgement.
