problems connecting to game + stat restore

Hi,

Everytime I connect to ENT1 bot hosting castle fight I get instantly disconnected from battle net. Have looked through the wiki but couldn't find similar cases, have no problems connecting to other bots hosted by ENT however. Any suggested solutions? This also happens when I try login through other realms other than USEast such as Azeroth, Northrend etc.

I was also wondering if it would be possible to restore my castlefight/battleship stats as I am finding it hard to stay active and maintain them..

Which would be one criteria to restore them. You would have to promise us that you can maintain them as another stats restoration will cost you something.

I've done this and it doesn't change anything, I ensure there are no random spaces or characters etc when I type the name in or copy it over - either way this should prevent me from joining the game rather than booting me off bnet. This issue seems to only occur with ENT1. After getting disconnected I am also prevented from reconnecting to battle.net for several minutes - any ideas? My connection isn't an issue, have multiple devices accessing battle.net and have run some network diagnostic tests without any issue

Thanks for your response. Would it be possible to direct me towards a resource giving a list of the acceptable reasons to restore? I guess my reason would be I moved countries for a new job and only recently got back into playing casually and I put some effort into playing previously. Love the game still and hope to support it..

Had a look through forum posts but didn't see anything definitive in regards to these reasons. No way of restoring them in perpetuity (for a cost)? I will of course try maintain them normally (is it 1 game a month?), however its more an issue of battleships being so far and in between. Castlefight is fortunately more active so it won't be a problem.

I think I may have had another CF account with better stats but I don't remember the username.. perhaps it shows up for you guys? Otherwise no worries.

If you dont mind donating (wiki.entgaming.net), then there's no issue with restoring them periodically.
As for reasons, there are none. If you are inactive, then you are inactive - ENT has no interest in restoring everyone stats manually.

So if you still want to do it, please validate your battle.net account, name it and the game genre you want to have restored.

Have had a look at the wiki. I'd like to use they one off free restore for my stats on tom_B for castlefight if I can't also have it done for battleships. I will have no problem maintaining castlefight stats but for battleships it might be harder since games seem so rare. Will assuredly try.

Also I'm unable to validate my account tom_B as it says I have done so already? I think I recall going through this process prior to the period I was inactive. Might it also show my previous AKA's? Might donate for their stats too as I think at least 1 has good 1v1 stats.
