Why you should be unbanned: Well, I've read the rules multiple times and I have never refused to kick someone braking the rules... I havent played for 12 days, and when I logged on I was banned for this without even finding the ban request.

People are flaming about "kick or you will get banned" all the time, when people feed because they are begginers etc. If I understand the rules right, trying to kick someone for beeing a terriable player whom tries it's best, is in fact bannable. So that's why I never kick someone due to stats and is not an obvious tower diver/game ruiner.

But w/e, I do not know how long ago this was since I haven't been online for so long. But the fact that I wouldn't kick an obvious game ruiner is incorrect.

my username is brent and I would like to echo similar comments as the original poster. I was banned for the same reason in the same game, and there are a couple of things I also would like to note:

as the OP states, it is difficult to know if someone is being votekicked on the other team for legitimately fountain-sitting or otherwise breaking the rules, or just because he upset a teammate. Oftentimes incorrect reasons such as being inexperienced or doing something against a teammates wishes will result in votekicks. As noted in the replay, there was at least 1 votekick attempt that was not legitimate. That makes it all the more difficult as it is confounding evidence (I see votekicks for players that are still playing). It took about 6 minutes for me to figure out that the request was legitimate, along with the entire rest of my team - in my opinion this is showing that we were all not able to clearly tell the issue, not that we were all breaking rules.

Also, I just wanted to state that in the ban request it states by the time we kicked troll2 that "the game had already been completely ruined."

Then you scroll down a bit and it reads "We still could have won after we got rid of the nob troll2".

This is contradictory. In my opinion this proves that we did not wait an exorbitant amount of time nor did we ruin the game.

Also, if you read responses to the original ban request, it appears the original requestor has a history of requesting bans that are on the fringe or are not backed by sound evidence. I feel this is one of those cases, and I wonder how frequently this occurs where people are banned incorrectly.

The irony is real. I can recall the game and read through the chat. I didn't brake a single rule in this game. (rhapsody)

The first time he tried to kick "troll2" he hadn't broken any rules apart from playing bad. So apart from having a terriable enlgish, and playing bad. Troll2 didnt do anything wrong. Read the chat log 11.00-13.00 for more info. Trying to kick him clearly breaks the rule: "Any form of votekick abuse."

Then another votekick was tossed out, against squeegee against any reason without playing bad either...

A third votekick was tossed out on Troll2, by this time he was pissed as hell because people tried to kick him for playing bad. He still didn't brake any rules, apart from flaming. But so did the player GrabTissue. "Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively." Read the enitre chatlog for more info.

Squeegee discs. GrabTissue takes his items and sells them himself. *Not breaking any rules. Troll2 gets pissed and goes afk. A fourth votekick goes out, now that he's afk. It passes, and I voted.

To summarize:
No one tried to feed, yeah we played bad, but not intentionally. Two rules were broken according to http://wiki.entgaming.net/index.php?tit ... ming:Rules

1. "Do not flame, rage, troll, or insult other players excessively."
Troll2 and GrabTissue did this numeros times. In Troll2s defense, he was subitted for a votekick without any legitimate reason and got angry.

2. "Any form of votekick abuse."
Grabtissue does this the first time he vk's Troll2. Just because he plays bad. Witch is not a legitimate reason according to the rules.

Read through the chatlog, please. How I got banned idk. False accusations from a ragining player clearly not knowing the rules. Since he is the one breaking them, then getting others banned?

Sorry for the long post, but god am I angry right now. Grabtissue is the root of a toxic community

The first votekick was abusive, yes. I even mentioned it in my review of the game.

The second, against Squeegee, was because the lag screen had appeared. Not abusive at all.

After that, troll went afk/griefing at your fountain. You were on his team. It couldn't have been more obvious to you that he is breaking a rule.

Well, I guess you are right. I tried to play the game and win, not swear and mock people as others were doing. When people start flaming the chat, tossing out rule-breaking VK's, you get tierd of reading the chat and ignore them. So I really didn't even notice that VK at 2300 went out, as many others apperently, and as soon as I saw it at 3000 I did kick him. but w/e

Well, he was afk from 2300 until 3000 when he was kicked. He was in your fountain, which is extremely easy to spot.
There were 3 or 4 votekicks in between, that you didn't accept. Can't remember the exact number atm.

I kinda missunderstod who was doing the Ban request. Thought it was Grabtissue, that's why I got so frustrated. My mistake, nothing against Napstramadus. Sorry about that
