Why you should be unbanned: Don't remember there being any game ruiners in any of the games I played last night. Could I be pointed to which game it was that I am being banned for?
Regardless please unban as it wasnt malicious and I honestly didnt even notice any ruiners.

It looks like you didn't votekick in 2 of the 3 votekicks, even when a valid reason was given and multiple votekicks were initiated.

This ban isn't long, however, I am in disagreement with Falenga on this one. I'm not allowed to post the reasons, because it would be deleted anyways. 36 hours isn't really long.

Thanks for weighing in Arii! Firstly I would like to point out that in the first votekick only two people on the opposing team voted and no one on my team did. When i see this happen I generally ignore it as probable internal conflict and them wanting to abuse the votekick to get rid of a noob teammate.
I voted during the votekick that actually picked up the most traction and the third only had one more vote than the first one from fuqda on my team.

In my defense I would like to say that your rules in regards to votekicks are very silly. Its on me to make sure that every votekick is justified and act on it accordingly, then if I make the wrong call i get a ban? What if the person was just a noob? What if the person was being facetious about being afk? If they're just a noob and I votekick then i can get banned for abuse but if theyre intentionally feeding but not being obvious about it and I dont vote then i get banned for that. Do I really need to look at their kda, lvl, -afk status and read chat to see what everyone is saying? All this while I need to pay attention to minimap and my farm/ganks. I understand you need rules in place to make sure people dont just abuse obvious intentional feeders or afkers but to dole out 36hour bans to people who actually made an attempt to kick them is so heavy handed.

Speaking of fuqda - the one who submitted the game. If you look over the votekicks you will find the one and only time he voted was in the last attempt to votekick the ruiner. Mercy informed me that it is not your policy to ban the user who submits the game, might I ask why? If your intention is to punish those who dont follow the rules in an attempt to change future actions then why not punish everyone equally?
Personally I don't think anyone but the game ruiner and perhaps the one that never attempted to kick deserve bans.

From your wiki:
"You are obligated to !votekick any player that has broken any of ENT's rules. If someone or several indicate that a particular player is game ruining, you, as a player in the game, are obligated to question/check about the situation/claim.
If a votekick is initiated to kick a visible game ruiner, all players are obligated to !yes."

I understand fully why I was banned under your rules. I just think this is another rule that ent needs to sort out.

i was banned for this too. i dont even know when he was supposed to be kicked. my ban is longer. none of us consciously decided not to kick someone for our own personal gain. it is either an accident or unawareness or we disagree with kicking. how are we supposed to judge whether someone should be kicked even if we arent paying attention to everything they are doing. sometimes its blatant and sometimes its not.

Please go to our wiki and copy and paste the rule that was broken. Take a minute to read them (and the BRQ, if you haven't yet).
Will you be more careful from now on, regarding votekicks?

I believe I already copied and pasted the broken rule from your wiki. I will be more careful but if you read my previous post you would see that I take issue with your votekick rules and suggest they be tweaked so that heavy handed rulings like this can be avoided. As Trip and trashcans mentioned this is a seriously dumb ruling and shouldnt have happened in the first place. Not all cases are black and white and when the mods dole out bans like they're hotcakes you're only hurting the already dwindling frozen throne dota community.

If a votekick is initiated, it is your responsibility to understand why, and if it is abusive.
If I, or any moderator, sees that you didn't votekick because the VK was doubtful, then we will not ban you.
However, if you have a suggestion, you can always post it in the suggestion thread.
Unbanning since you understand the rules.
