ban appeal. mistake?

Postby Triptronic » Wed Dec 14, 2016 1:57 am

Your Warcraft III username: i3unskie
Realm/Gateway: east
Why are you banned: honestly it says i refused to kick a game ruiner? i dont even know what game that was in. if i didnt it was not on purpose. i have no problem kicking someone if they are ruining the game. can you please help me and tell me which game?
Why you should be unbanned: this is most certainly an accident. there is no way i did not kick someone if they were ruining the game for my own personal gain. i either must not have noticed or not realized.

ok but thats not on purpose, clearly if i said !yes to it i agree to kick him. sometimes i am unaware. my teammate wanted to kick him so i agreed. i didnt do it on purpose. i know the rules as well, i can agree that i will not do this again in the future. i just dont see how it becomes my fault and i have to say !yes on everyone. im playing the game, sometimes i dont even read what people type. im just being honest

    Hello Triptronic ,

please link us the general rules and the game specific rules of the game(s) you got banned in, and highlight the specific rule(s) you believe you violated.
You can find them on our wiki.

That way, we can ensure another rule-violation by you, caused by not-knowing the rules, will not happen again. After linking us to the rules, we expect you to have read them. Cooperating with us will have a positive effect on your ban duration.

this is the rule i violated:

If a votekick is initiated to kick a visible game ruiner, all players are obligated to !yes.

i wont do it again. but i still stand by what i said, it was accidental. also i am aware of that rule, i must have just not noticed the other votekicks. however from now on i will always kick people if they ruin the game. sorry for my mistake. and thanks for looking this over

yes because i didnt !yes the other times. im going to agree, i did break the rule.

and i notice this as well:
If someone or several indicate that a particular player is game ruining, you, as a player in the game, are obligated to question/check about the situation/claim.

    i should be more aware

i hope to put something in suggestions in the future for this rule, i have some ideas. but thank you i am aware of this rule. wont happen again

    @Triptronic
I am just a moderator. I didn't come up with the rules, nor can i change them.

For that to happen, you'll have to create a suggestion topic, and provide valid reasons of why and how they should change.
The community will have to respond positively to your suggestion before anything happens.

    Appeal approved.
