He left the game just when arena ends. So game didnt see he left the game and frozen the game. the game dropped me a few secs after he left the game. As u can see in links, i didnt get a single ELO points for being the legit winner. he knew if he leaves in arena, the game would be bugged

In both cases, leaving was allowed/didn't impact the game (game ended one minute later) and two players have left prior to him.

Regarding the bug, didn't seem like he purposely caused it. All in all, no extra bans will be enforced for leaving.
