Why you should be unbanned:
From the forum post another user ruined the game. I play from school wifi as I live at my school. So I would assume another person from my school ruined a game. There are many people whom go to my school that play on ENT bots so we will all have the same ip address and some of us play from the same school computers. I can assume we have all been banned? I have done nothing wrong. The method of banning will cause many players whom go to my school to be banned as well, this is not fair. I am an upstanding member of the community.

Two things on the matter.

First of all, shared IP means shared responsibility.

Second, since you claim it's not you who violated the rules, you can't actually appeal for him.
He needs to do it for himself.

So just to clarify you are telling me that I will be held responsible for everyone that goes to my school who will share an ip address with me should be at least 1000 people who live in my building. While at the same time I am not aloud to appeal for my self because I have not violated the rules but am still banned. So now I am curious how can I handle my shared responsibility to make sure I am not banned in the future?

I've been in this exact situation too, and i can tell you that it sucks.

But there is simply nothing we can do about it.
And that's because in order for us to remove the ban from your account, we have to remove the ban from your IP. Removing the ban from your IP, would automatically remove the ban from the offender's IP, too. And that's not going to happen, unless he appeals.

I am looking at the banned account it is fairly clearly a fake account. With someone in my building that decided to toll and made no attempt to mask their ip. They have not appeal and I imagine as soon as the 2 day ban is over the same person would troll again to extend the ban on the ip. Is my only option here to make a new account and have a different ip address from my building?

It why I asked above if the only solution was to make a new account and make sure its not on the same ip address as my building. I have always been a good member of the community and helpful but it seems that i am being told here that my account will likely be banned again in a day once I am unbanned and the individual in my building likely does this again. Because as you asked it can not be proven, I do not have the resources or right to search through a 1000 peoples computers to find out who is trolling.
