Rangeban. Why's that?

I don't know why I was banned or why I am in a group of banned IPs. When I join a game it says:
"Username: rangeban
Admin: falenga
Reason: Rangeban, TID: 103616
Gamename: "

Could someone tell my why I am banned so I can understand what I did wrong or react properly? I'm not using a proxy or anything.
