Any further thoughts: It was tourney, He was unhappy because from enemy team one person got dc (but in his defense he said that he might have difficulties with internet so I let him 1 time dc other time would be over) and he turned intentional dc and couldn't comeback.

Well ... considering this was a private hosted game (and even on public, autoban deals with these type of situations), i don't see why you're reporting AFTER the tournament is over - At most, if any decision should have been taken, it was during the tournament, since it affected the tournament itself lol ...
