Game Name: [ENT] Island Defense #87
Your Warcraft III Username: Russian_Comrade
Violator's Warcraft III Username: Index
Violated Rule(s): Leaving game as titan / suiciding****
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 12:30 replay time / 7:30 replay time
Any further thoughts: Naming it suicide because at 7:30 replay time he sells all his items in frustration after being unable to ij a couple of times, and because we didn't yield him -xp.
Though it is mentioned in the rules that any titan may leave in 10 min after he spawned, selling his items and purchasing garbage gave the next titan no real comeback chance.

"Titan may leave after 10 minutes of game (time must be noted from when titan spawns (GP timer starts))."
This rule makes no sense whatsoever. Not banning someone after 10 minutes of gametime? Is this for real?
This guy needs to be banned for ruining the game for all of us, asking for -fr, then getting -fr and then asking for -xp aswell and when he did not receive that he leaves!!!
If this rule is for real, then lets all start, going titan, playing for 10 minutes and then leaving, see how the community likes it when no one gets banned for it!!!
