Just because someone is a newbie or bad does not mean he is intentionally game ruinning", we told him that we must not build something, and he sell his boots that got early then to buy basher materials. enough reason to votekick we started votekick on that player 3 times. in which frozzenn_skils(traxex) didnt vote in a single one beign explanined to him and his team all the reasons for kicking the player, in which all of his team accepted the kick command except him, though team accepting their obligation to kick a player in which have been ruining the game, not by being new or bad, but by selling his items and after that leaving when he leeched to the other team

Any further thoughts: If a votekick is initiated to kick a visible game ruiner, all players are obligated to !yes. Basing my statements in the game replay and in the ENT Ruling, the player is validate to be banned

yeah this drow wanted a win so fucking bad everyone knew tide should be kicked but he never vote yes to kick and get fed off.
tide sold his item and bought javelin and belt of str without boots for 20 mins
when i mentioned him that no boots for 20 min and feeding score is bannable. and tide bought boots but never ulti in team fight and just die.

I've already watched two replays from requests by you, and both were false allegations.
I don't exactly want to watch a third full game.
By timestamps I mean provide times ingame (or replay) of when tide refused to listen, refused to ulti, etc.
Also, if you can, provide chatlog information of when you tried helping the new player (which I'm assuming he just got flamed for being new).

I read a lot of dota bans for fun, this one caught my attention b/c I just played with frozzenn_skils. I don't know him, but he's a very decent player and a very teamplayer, so I'm surprised to see this post. I watch the replay for 15 mins. It was very entertaining.

- kailleria is clearly a noob. From the start you can tell by his item choices and even stunned a bit not knowing which lane to go to. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like he speaks English, so perhaps that is why your item suggestions etc... was ignored. He did sell items, but only because he wanted to buy a basher.
- Is this a kickable offense? Only mods can decide that. It is also something I wish the Ent mods would make more clearly on. Personally, I would kick kailleria, especially after DG lagged out to make it a 4v4, but is kailleria intentionally ruining? or just a non-English speaking noob?
- However, is this a bannable offense for not kicking? I wouldn't say so. Why? Because again the rules are vague on this issue. Kailleria was noob and playing horribly. But is he "intentionally" ruining, I don't think so. And I think the OP knows that, otherwise... wouldn't he be posting a ban request for kailleria instead? If Kailleria is not bannable for his play, then why is someone who didn't vote to kick him bannable? Logical error here.

But the most important aspect of this game is that, let's be honest... Sentinels got stomped by a better team. Up to the 15 min mark and then later on the final stats, Sents were outplayed the whole game. Their deaths are not related to kailleria's deaths, so claiming he fed or ruined the game is invalid. The 1st moment the complaint came against Kailleria, he was 0-3-0... which is the exact same score as the OP, blue jug. Watch the replay, Sents were simply outmatched. That pink is the real deal, he's so pro it is such a delight to watch him play. Put that in combination with that pro furion, Sents had no chance.

Final score with a 3-9 jug, 2-10 ogre, and a 0-4 kunka, just let it go. This isn't worth it.

Drow ended the game with 3 kills, hardly "fed off" the tide, who ended with 0-6. Your entire team fed, except you, why aren't you mad at them?

The ban is clearly a votekick abuse, ent doesnt punish bad item picking or bad playing, if that was the case most of the community would be banned, my request is for votekick abuse for the reported, which is bannable "If a votekick is initiated to kick a visible game ruiner, all players are obligated to !yes."

Tide is a new player with a total of one dota game in his history. I agree with nitromon here, this ban request makes no sense. You acknowledge that ent doesnt punish bad item picking or bad playing (ie it is not ban-worthy), yet you assert that your votekick attempts were legit. If he wasnt meeting criteria for game ruining then he couldnt be votekicked. Bad item picking or playing does not warrant a votekick. If he did meet criteria for game ruin then he should have been submitted for such.

In my opinion he did not meet criteria for game ruin as a new player. The one time advice was offered to him he took it. Kunka suggested he go back and heal at 6:30 and he did just that. His item sale was not malicious (ie selling items to ruin game and deprive allies of items/gold) but rather to use the gold to buy different items/change his build. Again this is a new player clearly.

I believe reluctance to votekick this player was appropriate.
