Time of Violation (in-game or replay): afk start at minute 22. you can check him he is in base not moving after 5 minutes he decides to patrol with his unit at 27:29ms, after i called the !votekick command he starts using his hero so he doesnt get kicked, you can see he goes 2 times to woods kill 1 group of creeps goes base. he is not playing with team most of the time he just go woods to kill 1 group of creeps and go fountin, he afker griefed when enemy team was attacking towers so i asked to votekick because is a entrule breaking to afk and grief, you can also check there is a 13 minute time between his lvl 11 and his lvl 12. he was not playing during that time.
Any further thoughts: slark did stay afk and griefed, in the other hand enemy team didnt kick the game ruiner which is a violation to ent ruling too. deserves ban for rule breaking i hope they acomplish this.

kiiwa banned 3 days.
Each time a votekick was initiated slark immediately returned to game play, so from a sentinel standpoint it was not as clearly an afk/game ruining scenario and therefore their reluctance to votekick was understandable. No bans for failure to votekick.
