Leaving before 10 min as titan w/o someone taking his place is bannable. If there were no more than 2 observers, Hafk_rus_ should be banned.

That being said: it's not the first time I see such behaviour when hafk goes titan - he often leaves in such cases.
since I was in game I can say that it is in my opinion banworthy. I don't see the point in leaving because of one obs. Also I don't think that kills count in any such ways otherwise people should be allowed to leave with 2 kills and 1 obs or 3 kills in a row.
