Why do you want to become a game moderator? I'm always on forums these days and got plenty of time to be on forums to help u guys

i saw u working much in ban requests thats good but i would say u have to do something in ban appels 2
if u know mods/rules or not that wont help u then da-01 would be head admin
i also suggest some links from ban requests where u helped to ban someone

Yes we do get paid for this. Game moderators get paid $30 per hour, forum moderators get paid $40 an hour and red admins get paid $50 an hour.

Having gone through most of your replies in Ban Request section, I would say that understand the Rules in DotA will help you with this application.

Intentional Feed - Tower Dives or Suicide without a plan or objective besides game ruining.
Votekick abuse - Maliciously agreeing to vote off a decent or innocent player. Key word here is Malicious.
