Why are you banned: Refusing to votekick a game ruiner.
Why you should be unbanned: I admit I refused to kick a player, but I had my reasons:
1. The team-mates lied and told us he was afk from lvl 1. This happened on lvl 3, as I remember. I asked them why they didn't paused and asked for kick and draw if they had afk. No one answered my question.
2. They didn't kicked him from the start because they wanted to feed the other player, and after he got fed, they wanted to kick.

I have nothing against kicking a player if he is bad for the game. But they abused the fact that he was bad to get feed. If they wanted to kick him, they should have asked from the start, not after the feed. And they also lied and didn't answer my question.

I accept my ban, if you decide it's a fair ban. This is the first time when I get a ban request, although I didn't find my ban request. I always play fair.

At the moment of the kick request, teal was already fed. They knew he was troll, or noob or whatever from the start. They could just asked from the moment they saw he is trolling. But they choose not to.

And regarding the rules: the rule states the following:
When you initiate a !votekick, you should clearly explain "Who" and "How" the violator is game ruining via all chat - in this case, they lied. They said he is afk, although they knew he was a troll, as you can see from their chat. I would have kicked him even if he was a troll, but it was offensive they used him to feed teal and lie about the reason of kick.

You are free to refuse to votekick someone when there is lack of evidence/visible rule violation. However, communicate your decision via all chat, too. - I asked for clarifications in all chat and got no response.

I didn't kicked him based on a lie and in the absence of clarifications.

In the future I will pause the game, ask for explanations and insist on the reasons for kick. If I feel there is a lie, I will clarify and make public my decision. Except for pause, I already did all that.

Indeed, that's not what the rule asks for. But ... as I explained in my earlier post, I asked for clarifications, because I had suspicions about their game plan. They lied (they said he was afk, and he wasn't) and didn't offered clarifications.
According to ENT rules: You are free to refuse to votekick someone when there is lack of evidence/visible rule violation. However, communicate your decision via all chat, too.

So ... I did what ENT rules say, still get ban, so I hope you understand why I said that I will type !yes at every votekick initiated.

Wave 1 : Purple builds 1 infantry, value 60. Leaks 95% of his wave. This alone should be more than enough proof that something is wrong.

Wave 2 he leaks again, and teal antistucks and takes his wave. Now teal is at +130 gold.

They start the votekick some point at wave 3. Noone on their team talked about "feeding on him and then votekick him". They probably just wanted to give him a chance, which is natural.

In a few words, kicking him now would make the game 3v4, with teal having a few more extra gold. Still unfair on their side.

Purple didn't even talk once, not even when the votekicks started. And by adding the huge leak on wave 1, things were pretty clear.

How was I suppose to know what was going on in their team? A leak on lvl 1 could mean a lot of things, such as a fail cross or something. When they asked for kick, they didn't say he was a teamkiller or that he refused to build or something. They said he was afk from lvl 1. We checked if he was afk and he wasn't. I asked them why they didn't ask for kick if they saw he was afk from lvl 1. No answer.

I would have kicked him if they didn't lie. But they did. That's the reason we didn't kicked. We checked for afk and he wasn't. The team that asks for kick must offer the reason for the votekick: When you initiate a !votekick, you should clearly explain "Who" and "How" the violator is game ruining via all chat. The ENT rules also states that: You are free to refuse to votekick someone when there is lack of evidence/visible rule violation. However, communicate your decision via all chat, too. The lack of evidence: he wasn't afk. We asked for clarifications, no one offered them. It didn't made sense. He could fail on lvl 1 and decide later to build with teal. As a dead laner, that's a common practice.

I always vote to kick a teamkiller. But never a player who isn't afk. He could have been noob and leak, and his team could have refuse to help him. There were a lot of cases like this. As I said before, there could be a number of reason for a player to leak 2 or 3 waves. They said it was because he was afk. We checked for afk, no one was afk. Therefore, the reason for kick wasn't legit.

Yes, obviously, they could/should have explained the situation better. But even when they said the guy is afk, he didn't respond. He said nothing on any of those votekicks.

What will you do if you find yourself in a similar situation again in the future?

In the future I will pause the game, ask for explanations and insist on the reasons for kick. If I feel there is a lie, I will clarify and make public my decision. But there will be no future since I won't be able to play anymore. I posted this request because I think it's an unfair ban. That all players should use their own brain and vote as they feel it's right. Not just be braindead and vote blind. They lied. If I vote based on a lie, that is also a reason for ban.

Yes, I still think it is unfair. If you have a teal killer, ask for votekick, say he/she's a teamkiller. Don't abuse his leaks and after it's suitable for you and get enough feed, ask for kick. They knew he is a teamkiller before lvl 1. They should have taken responsibility for their decision. They decided not to kick him, or help him with advice or something to try and make it a better game for them. They just took the opportunity to get a feed. I saw no one telling him how to build. Or that 1 infantry won't hold lvl 1. Teal just told him to cross.

If I have a noob in my team, I help him with advice. If he ignores it, I ask for kick by stating that he is a teamkiller. I think that's what they should have done, that's what the ENT rules state. But they didn't.

This is my first ban. I always respect the rules and play fair. I encountered a lot of retarded people and still played fair. I hate lies. They lied. I won't justify my decision anymore, since I consider I proved my point of view. It's up to you if you accept or decline this appeal.
