Any further thoughts: The opposite team refused to draw and to kick the offending player while knowing that out of three players one quit round one and one was intentionally feeding / cheating and game ruining. There needs to be a rule for that as well.

Yeah, threatening us with "Admins" if we don't !drawis didn't seem right. Especially since (being relatively new) I had no clue what the hell you were talking about .. So maybe you are right and we should have vote kicked or drawed or whatever you wanted to do but I just wanted to play the game..

You knew that we lost a player in round one that is an immediate draw by all rights. Then you knew he was feeding and you mocked me rather than to kick the offender or draw the game. Actually you are the offender. The admins will see the game. You did more than play dumb. You completely and intentionally threw that game. And for someone who doesn't know anything you sure found your way to this forum pretty quickly. And why are you using the term "us" when all of the other players were on the opposite team? And you continued to use the slave exploit exactly like someone who knew what was going on even after being warned about it. The entire game you only upped one. Now when they banned me for using the slave exploit this week the admins said that was the deciding factor as they observed I didn't know as I upped all of mine.

If you can point out where it says we MUST !draw if a player leaves the game round one then I will concede that to you. The rest is up for interpretation but being a new player I just wanted to play the game out and saw nothing overtly wrong with his play .. then again I haven't been playing long enough to detect subtleties you might have picked up on.

Honestly just read through the rules and found this section...

Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned (note, !draw is not an obligation, but a vote).

You are intentionally avoiding the rule regarding feeding, juggling the king and refusing to heal, refusing teamplay and glitch exploit while you attempt to show the other players were not required to draw or kick. I also did not ask for the draw until it was obvious that not only had we lost a player in round one but that you were intent on game ruin / cheating and the other team refused to kick you.

You are obligated to !votekick any player that has broken any of ENT's rules. If someone or several indicate that a particular player is game ruining, you, as a player in the game, are obligated to question/check about the situation/claim.

This is not about clarification. This is about a ban for multiple rule violations. Of which failure to votekick yourself is not one of the offenses listed. Nice try though.

What do you think about the non-happening votekick? I merged it with the other thread (the one AGAINST donotpingme). Would be awesome if you could write your oppinion what should happen (according to rules ofc), since this is a complex case and solving smth like this (imo) shows a lot of knowledge of the rules and other important stuff on the way to a staffposition.

I will process this tomorrow evening or smth, if there is no answer
