davizinho 2 day warning ban(new player). You were asked to up the king for income, and asked to save for 10, but sent every level. Maybe red left the game out of frustration teal quit trying to ask. Please read the rules for this game. Understanding the rules will help with your appeal.

Also @CorporalJoker it might help if you get an agreement from your teammate sooner. Like (red up king until the end of 7 save 10?) I ask until someone agrees. If you plan to votekick you might announce his warning for solo sending in all chat and say that if he continues you will start a votekick. This will help the other team to understand its not abuse.
Refusing to cooperate when asked to do so several times by sending alone and not save-send with teammates to win.
