Based on the quick glimpse of the replay chat, there's no reason for alibabaishere to spam !votekick.

Alright. Here's what I think.

naruto-fr's account is 1800 elo. This means he is a very good player, much better than 90% of ent dotaers. He is not a new player.
First: Look at his items. He gets a level 5 dagon and basic boots. Now, this item build would never work out for anything except killstealing, as he gets his dagons very late every time. He knows this.

I'd also like to look at some of his play.
(All DotA times)
2:40 - Sits still, let's Yurnero get behind him. This is a garunteed kill for any yurnero. Also, he does not use his heals when he is at low HP even though he has them.
8:00 - Teleports behind a tower, into a 2v3 team fight.
11:30 - Autoattacks the troops instead of helping team.
11:35 - Walks behind the tower for no apparent reason. Ignores the hero that his team is chasing. Would have been an easy kill.
14:00 - Bara charged a lone hero, Furion, instead of helping, goes b.
12:10 - Stays in the same location while they are being chased for many seconds, then runs straight into where the enemy heroes are.
30:00 - He charges up a ramp with 0 teammates, into the enemy base. All 5 are waiting for him, and he dies.
There are more, I forgot to write down the times though. Somewhere near the end, seeker is fighting PL right in front of him, and he autoattacks troops.

So, in conclusion, if this were a new player, I would not ban him. But he is a very skilled player who - in my view - chose to join Magiccookie's game and throw it by not using his skill. Also: Note that both of alibabaishere's games are in game with magiccookie.. Could be a coincidence, but it seems sooooo unlikely that he creates a smurf and plays like this, both games with magiccookie, after having this huge argument with magiccookie and alphasori.

alibabaishere@europe banned for 2 weeks. Thanks for reporting.
