Got autobanned incorrectly

Why are you banned: I got autobanned cause of "quiting"
Why you should be unbanned: i got autoanned cause of "quiting" a lod game. useast bots went down for 15 mins and got dced from the game, had to play from europe and then my ban came off.
Could you take my autoban off so i can play? I'm on a cybercafe and I can't wait 3 hours for my ban to go off
