Why you should be unbanned: i never be in that game i be disconnected from battlenet whe countdown the last number i see is 5, after screen freeze n be rederict to general menu, i play 2 game after before autoban ban me, i dont unerstand what happen, why not be ban n half a hours after be ban, is not normal i be ban look my stats im not a leaver, i lose last game n still stay to the end, n i never be in game that autoban says im leaving,

If you leave during countdown, you are still registered as in that game if the game starts. A possible reason why it took an hour and a half is because the game was played out. It is on you to be careful to leave before 5sec in countdown.

Like I said in the pm, you need to figure out what is causing it to freeze as when this happens, you get pulled into the game and disconnected, and this ruins the game for others. It is a problem on your end.

If your connection or pc or OS is broken, sorry mate but its not ENT team problem, You should fix it by your own.
Anyway, thery need to follow rules on ent hosting/bot beacuse it is working as we can see. Without ent bot w3 is weaker.

Dont move conversation to "respect" level. Just be professional.

loll wtf man i know is not ent to fix my prob but they can unban, cuz i pay 60$ per month for internet connection not my fault if Videotron(internet distributur) have few problem, now i says i should fix the problem by my self ok loll where i get time to go scool learn how internet n PC work XD i just ask to unabn cuz in 3 month i be ban 10 time for the same prob n this is the first time i be troll in private by an admin he says im unban n now im still, talk to jabba41 he unban me like 6 time cuz he know i try to fix it i do like 5 post in technical support no one cant help me or give me help, i dont know how work PC n no one help me, how should i fix mister if i dont know how work PC n if is only internet service that lag n cant do anything
