Applying patch as ENT Connect user?

Postby Mitra[+] » Fri Apr 07, 2017 4:42 am

I downloaded the new patch from https://us.battle.net/support/en/articl ... ssic-Games

I ran the downloaded file "War3TFT_127b_English" and it said the updates were applied, but I'm still getting disconnected from dsync. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

As suggested here, the order ID for spells comparing patches 1.27b (ENTConnect, PvPGN realms) to 1.28 (official Battle.net realms) in the game has changed which has resulted in certain spells behaving incorrectly. With this data in mind, when a bot is hosted with the 1.28 patch (most bots have been patched to the latest version), a spell or behaviour that occurs in the 1.28 patch will react differently in 1.27b thus causing the user playing from the 1.27b patch to desync out of the game. This means that cross-patch hosting does not currently work until the service (i.e ENTConnect) has itself patched to 1.28.

Atm autohosted games can only be played via normal battle.net.
There is no way playing them via entconnect.

You can privhost games though, and then play them with your friends which also use the older 1.27patch.
Gunther and the Sunshine-Girls. Hell Yeah
