On question what is this, its GHost hashes , but probably the problem is with something else.
wTc maybe in 2-3 months. It will happen if other servers decides to not revert back to previous version since I see many bugs and problems around, btw I'm not right person to answer on question when will be update. A lot of work is needed on changing some things.

Private games are still available to play on Eurobattle.net from the top of the list games.php, but pubs are not connected, so probably those 3 Atlanta, Germany and don't remember which is 3rd one are not connected anymore.

eurobattle.net refuses to update the system accordingly to the new patch. They still run on 1.27. As long as they dont update, you cant play on ENT autohosted games. Sry.
The new patch is a patch by Blizzard, which is supposed to make wc3 working better.
