Does this happen often? Your stay percentage for 79 games is 86%, which isn't great, but isn't bad either. If you continue to leave/lag out of games though your stay percentage will go down even more, which means there would be more autobans in your future. A mod will be around to deal with your appeal, but if you aren't already using an ethernet cable that would probably help you out a lot in regards to your high ping and lag issues.
