Any further thoughts: This kind of childish behavior needs to be eradicated, however we all know that's a pipe dream.
This was done right before lvl 4 started, which caused me to inform and issue possible consequence, and then at level 5 start,at times indicated, it was obvious and multiple people, not just gruhl were pausing. this prevented several build attempts and send attempts by our team, which ultimately resulted in our loss at an early stage. This shit needs to be punished severely, however that's up to you all.we should have the elo reset to us and theirs taken away.

The childish behavior was from you. They were pausing because one of them was AFK and you just insulted and threatened them to ban them while they didn't do anything wrong.
