Unban appeal for GoChicagoBears

Why are you banned: I was being accused of lying in attempt to get a team member kicked
Why you should be unbanned: At the beginning of the game, level 1, I saw that teal leaked 120+ and was curious to see if he even built but I carried on level 2 paying attention to my side of building. I forgot to check him out and by the time I knew it, I saw he was going to leak alot again and when I went to view his lane, I only saw 1 mutant. At which point I proceeded to bring up a votekick as my assumption was I saw 1 unit. I mean how else could you leak 120+? At which point when the next level started he had more then one and blue accused me of trying to lie. I did chat back saying I thought I saw 1 and I did saw it in ALL chat for everyone to read. Basically I wasn't trying to lie. I went off of what I "thought" I saw.

I understand what the rules are. This was for game Legion Hell TD. Ban Request URL (viewtopic.php?f=24&t=109562)

What I am trying to explain here is that I acted based on what I believed I saw. Wasn't trying to exploit the rules. I even chatted I saw it wrong in ALL chat once the next level started. So basically I acted off what I last saw. Wasn't trying to exploit anything.

Do not spam or randomly start !votekicks, do not !votekick to avoid being kicked, and do not !votekick without proper reasons. Votekicks are ban-able even if they are not passed since negative intentions can still be assessed and misusing it can lead others to misuse it. Kicks and bans are enforced based on how severe the rule has been violated. ENT keeps the right to enforce punishments as warning.
