Re: !Draw Poll LIHL
Come on, guys. We have this poll in the first place because I raised the attention to it. Yes, I unvouched in the mean time, and I would not have unvouched if I had been treated fairly in the first place. My original plan was to play 1 evening every week, because of the scarce time I have, but when I got to fight wind mills in here I thought it to be best to make a statement and burn all bridges here and not waste one evening per week with people/admins who tolerated me and my posts, but really just did what they pleased. The situation changed now again, mainly thanks to cyberpunk, who I thank and he gave me the fun in LIHL back. I am not gonna ask to be vouched back again, because I so recently got unvouched. BUT - I think it is fair I get a vote in this, even if I am not playing the next weeks because I am the spokesperson of one the stand points. I am not just someone who comes in here to ruin the voting outcome. And Raizen runs this show lol, why does he have less rights to vote than a couple of bypassers like us?
However, it saddens me the admin spoke his mind about me not having a vote in this again -.- (would've been nice if you defended my role in this poll)

We've taken your suggestion on board and made a poll. I don't understand why you hate the admins so much when it appears we're acting in the greater majority's interests.
You do have a vote here: The comment was broadly aimed at non LIHL participants.

Re: !Draw Poll LIHL
Cool, supersexyy, thanks for standing up for me (btw, I am Dweller, so I think it WAS ment for me :p) .
If you can imagine yourself to be me at the point I was going to bed (in the complaint section), I can't imagine you would feel like you were done justice, regardless of the fact whether you did take my suggestion into serious consideration. The communication was not optimal, let's state it like that.
My disappointment was not aimed at the outcome, but at the process - the process is great now, so any outcome is great for me as well. I said before that I think an ELO punishment is a great improvement (I personally would go further, though)
However, if any admin feels to contact me and ask me about my experience and how this can be improved for a next time, he is free to PM me, of course
EDIT: So, Supersexyy (admin) if you read well: I didn't want to go on with people who did what they pleased, that was the way I felt at THAT time (I would say now, "you are wrong there, buddy!"). If you read properly, I say that the situation has changed, and it is mainly because of the poll, yes. However, if you want to call me a hater I can confess something: I still 'hate' (rather, dislike) the way you handled my complaint in the first place ( angry face to show it), but I love the way you handled this in second place ( happy faces to show it). This has nothing to do with the persons, it has everything to do with actions
EDIT 2: Supersexyy: I don't want to sound like a whiner, but what is with the cookie? This is given in game when someone is using swear words or raging. Supersexyy, not every time someone disagrees with you someone is raging or swearing. I am just trying to explain how me being the initiator of (any) punishment (at all) versus disconnecters and me unvouching are related. Can I please mention again that if I did not speak my mind nothing would have changed at all? I am glad I finally got the community to discuss this. This topic is rather a party than a ragefest for me. In any case, I never rage or use swear words at all, and I will only accuse someone if I have conclusive evidence. Any attempt to put me in any of those corners are therefore bound to fail. I would like to see the admins take me serious for once, not giving me a cookie when I tell them how my impression of the admins led me to leave LIHL. If anything, you should be shocked and and trying to make this right - not be a funny joker with a cookie.

Re: !Draw Poll LIHL
I for one am truly grateful for the positive influence you've had on the LIHL community by initiating this change for the betterment of all players. Thank you for spending almost 2 days writing posts on the forums to make the disbelievers see how the community would benefit from the change. It shows, that you are truly an altruistic person who does actions, not for his own benefit, but for the benefit of all, and that warrants respect and gratitude.
THANK YOU MICK!!

I was going to post in my own words but put it so eloquently!
@Mick - Remember that both of these polls are only happening because of your original post. I don't know what else to say to prove to you that we are taking suggestions seriously

You could say thank you.
Re: !Draw Poll LIHL
i will not vote this time because i think need both (abolish draw and punish dc's)
so should have a forum section only to vouched players be abble to read it, or use PM system.
Just because im not vouched don't mean i didn't played the game or still play or still care about it. I will keep giving support until i can. Vouched players don't necessary means a better player.

Well this is a poll specifically regarding LIHL and only vouched players can play in LIHL, therefore I think only vouched players should vote as well.

If only vouched players should vote, you guys should ask them to validate their post via message.HateLose wrote:Well this is a poll specifically regarding LIHL and only vouched players can play in LIHL, therefore I think only vouched players should vote as well.

Re: !Draw Poll LIHL
Mickey aka dweller, my post was after you said you don't want to play anymore. Suggestions are always welcomed, especially when they are well-put with arguments to back them up.
Raizen i have never seen you playing legion td , you might be a good or even a great player but you are not part of this league at this point. You do not play in this league nor you work for this particular league as far as I know.
However I truelly believe that even though suggestions from everyone is welcomed, the voting right should go to the people affected by it. That is the players, and the moderators that have the most and constant responsibilities for this league.
My post was not personal against you, but you were the only names I noticed posting while not active in the league and I needed to make an example.

Re: !Draw Poll LIHL
Just because im not part of the LIHL don't mean i can't support or help it. It don't mean i don't like the game or support the map. Maybe you don't know but i made 846 questions for the legion trivia and i give the suggestion to make the first tournament for legion at ENT. Im not saying a super pro player, cuz im not. Im saying cuz i care about the map and im trying to give some imputs to support (don't need to agree with what i say or not).
The rules for LIHL don't affect only the player playing LIHL atm. Will affect the future players and the permanence of the current player. Be PRO at the map don't mean the player know everything about how to make a fair rule for it.There is a lot more involved at map rules than game skills.
Players who can't argue with the ideas or don't know how to manage a forum come here and say after the topic was made "only lihl player should vote". This is bs. Had 2 options:
1) learn to manage the forum
2) learn to argue the idea. When the only thing you have to say "only lihl player should vote" shows the lack of argument. You should convice with your point of view why should be one way or another. Not just say "just be this way cuz im at lihl".
Also be a member of LIHL can be suspicious in some ways. To try keep a rule to abuse of it, of course most of players not, but some always try it.
edit: could created a forum section exclusive to LIHL players and a forum group to add only vouched players.

Did you read any part of my message rather than the part that i mentioned your name? It really doesn't seem so.
I said what was my vote and i said a very specific reason why I voted that way. I will continue to play in lihl and normal legion td no matter what they outcome of the voting is. I never requested to be my way, it is a poll and I stated my opinion.
After stating my opinion, I closed my post with a question, not a demand again, not an ultimatum, a suggestive type of question, that it seems as at least one more person had the same thought as me. In a forum post with barely 10 people active posters, when two people have the same thought / question you should rather accept it as a genuine question and treat it that way rather than consider it a personal insult and try to pretend the poster was a morron/egoist/rule abuser that just wants to manipulate things his way.
Learning how to manage a forum is also making a post stating clearly your message / idea with the least possible words, without repeating yourself. Apparently you really need to learn how to read posts first, and answer properly, it seems you are terribly lacking in both aspects of it at the moment. You did not read my whole first post ( and you probably did not read a signle word from my second one ), or at least did not understand it, while your post loses its sense after a point as you try to blubber with no arguments. And yes this last part you can take it as a personal critisism, exactly what it is.
