Moderators abusing power for epeen?

Postby IgnoreAnts » Mon May 15, 2017 11:07 am

Your Warcraft III username: IgnoreAnts
Realm/Gateway: Europe
Why are you banned: Apparently if you don't follow the commands of your teammates about what towers I can and cannot build I get a 5 day ban. Which is weird because I've reported people for intentionally leaving, intentionally selling all towers to end the game, intentionally controlling king to lose on purpose, and flaming literally non stop with racist comments. These people got max of like 3-4 days ban... and you are telling me I deserve a 5 day ban because I was watching a movie on my second monitor while playing a 10 year old non competitive, non serious game and not following the commands of my flaming teammate. Honestly you epeen warrior admins think you are special because you moderate a website and can abuse your power over people, absolutely pathetic really. Grow up guys.
Why you should be unbanned: You know the reason, it's written above. Maybe you should get admins for this website who actually do their job instead of hunting around for small reasons to dish out massive unwarranted bans on people who played on this site for years. Ye I didn't follow the commands of some flaming salty guy who tried to command me on what to do in a game. Why should I, I'm learning the mode who cares? Illogical power abusing admins, nice memes. I know the rules of this website pretty clearly, if 'failure to communicate with team' involves having to literally follow their every command about what towers I can and cannot build why would I even play here anymore? Clear misuse of 'internet power'.

@IgnoreAnts
Yes you gota follow the ENT_LTD-Cult or you'll be at risk. Thats just how it is one of the reasons why I dont play dota or ltd alot or at all on ENT. it's somewhat Cultic the way the rules force people to play the ENT way or get banned/VKed :P

epeen - http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=e-peen xD

Alot of people take it more serious then you tho, so if you were Part-afk ingame that can be annoying for the players ingame no matter what game or map it is. But this sounds/look more like a complaint rather then a BAP (=Ban Appeal)
I can understand your rage over this tho but in my experience this is the wrong way to try and change stuff. And even tho the ENT Staff is the people that will & have to enforce the rules most of them were made up and agreed upon by the majority of the players.

+ a replay link of this game or some more examples would be good too :)
So people can dubblecheck if you have reason to feel this way or if it's an overreaction :)

We'll see what happends with your ban and if the ENT_LTD-Cult will have a restructure or not :P

@ignoreants When you feel like filing a proper appeal, please feel free.

@wtc[jedimaster] and @ignoreants These are team games, so if the team is asking you to do something, you have to cooperate. Also, if someone is flaming, there are remedies to that - ban requests, etc. since we do not tolerate that sort of behaviour. There is absolutely no reason that someone cannot gut it out or use the !ignore command for the duration of the game where they then have the opportunity to report such behaviour.

Please keep in mind that this is a ranked ladder system, so yes, people want to win and, for example, if you are watching a movie and not paying attention, that is not acceptable behaviour.
