Any further thoughts: The chat log says it all. After he said that he built EA + archer on my side, so I decided to build on his side to get my own kills since I didn't want to cross. I quickly realized it would've been smarter to build closer to the spawn but was too late to change that. I knew I would get my game ruined if I built close to middle on my side with his EA being there, as it would steal most kills.
I said I didn't want to cross because it is boring, I play this game because I think it is fun and just making wisps and afking is not what I consider fun.
