1) solo send lvl 15 ( other team send lvl 14 and i have no idea why he send after we get the send )

2) He left the game in lvl 17 after i call we send lvl 18 doubledemon ( iam sure that he left the game with the hope noone will do then a ban request because of autoban)

3) that game was a Freewin he ruin the game..... with his solo send and he leave also want to add he didnt want to cooperate i told him after arena this is not a 15 game

Flaming alone wasn't enough for ban and was also a little provoked by oj and I would give only a warning, however he has already some flaming in his record.
User x4to banned for major refusing to cooperate 14 days (third offense) + flaming 2 days (second offense), for a total of 16 days. For a ragequit he got 2 days autoban.
