Any further thoughts:

First purple asks him to go holder, since he had spawn. He refused it, saying he will push. So i said i will go hold instead, with bears and reves. At level 5, he just decide to go gold anyway, when he already rerolled spawn. We asked him not to, he refused again, and tryed to hold.
Result was: he didnt hold his lane, we had 2 low pushes with him and me, 2 really low incomes, with really affected our late game, as u can assume.
This was "minor" but still tk.

Bigger thing is, we decided to go for income send on 15, and try to live somehow, since we couldnt win a race. 3 of us went for a income send, and saved wood after it, but red refuses to play with team, once again, saves wood, and sends demon, kraken, behe on 15, instead of income send like us 3 did.

0 teamplay from him, which is big teamkill. Whatever we decided as a team to do, he was doing opposite. Clear tk, nothing else.

part of income send is that you save after inc has been given to you. With 1337 going xvz he would not have been able to save for 20 (which was the teamcall at that Moment) - regardless of game outcome.

1337 ignored teamcall and solo sends

I dont see a reason to ban here, too less happened. He still went with the team income send, missed some income, sure. But wont justify a ban for refusing to cooperate.
