Donbola is a good guy. Always calm, gives hints, always friendly and really skilled. Too bad he went afk (probably an emergency)
kif on the other hand is mad every game and not an enjoyable teammate.

Teamkilling means that you are intentionally trying to make your team lose. There is no indication that he is intentionally doing that.
People are throwing that word around as if all bad stuff people do was intentional.

Do not go away from keyboard for an excessive amount of time, especially without telling other players beforehand, and/or refuse to play the game in an attempt to ruin it. Neither are you allowed to grief by resetting the afk timer.
