Feor i read all the post. Sorry if i was a bit harsh, wans't my intention. I just don't want to see the LILH becoming a closed part of the community. Closed community is hard to get more people to join or willing to join it. Im talking here just like a public.
Re: !Draw Poll LIHL
I actually enjoy the trivia bot a lot as well and thank you for all your efforts towards making the game and the community better.
If my "tone of voice" went off the proper scale in a dialogue, I apologise as well, we did a had a wrong start, and I probably have most blame due to naming you before I explain properly my reasons.
I have tried over and over again to lure my friendlist into lihl, but a lot of them are not interested, as the channel becomes too much hardcore and less fun for them.
5handonkeyboard schizzel cg.stoned are just few of the players that although I have insisted so they come and try lihl, haven't been interested at all. Wyatt for example is a player who came and tried it but doesn't seem to enjoy it or find it fun.
All of them were hugely active on HR bot everytime i told them to come and they preferred it to normal public games. They have not been interested in lihl because they think it is a hardcore channel, with ruthless egoists playing only for elo and stats and not for the fun of the game.
Few days before lihl makes his debut I introduced with "force" a couple of players into HR games, they overenjoyed a game with no scrubs, no mercs, and mutual respect between the players.
Your rules and along with the new subject that Ricky promoted ( quality of some registered players ) will eventually lead to the kind of players you want inside the league. The less respect ( or fools agreements as earlier in the post stated ) the less people you attract. Also the higher you raise the bar for the quality the lower the people you will get.
I do like lihl at the moment and I enjoy games going past 20 level again and again, but If lihl ends up with 10-12 players and people hunting down only elo and stats; while forgetting their manners and that we are all "friends", I would not hesitate to just go back to normal bots with friends or HR games, with the usual fishing way. The quality might be lower but my mental health will be better. ( And trust me, over the years I have tried a lot to abolish my rage issues )

I think it is time to introduce the "Elo penalty to disconnectors (Keep !draw rule)" in the LIHL

Well put Feor. This is not where we are intending to go with the league. We want to keep it fun and not all about stats. The counter point is that we were merely discussing an "unvouch" of a handful of players that we maybe never should have vouched in the first place. This is a vouch based league and we try our best to screen applicants but may have made some human errors in judgement. We are only trying to address these.

Re: !Draw Poll LIHL
I will warn you guys again.. like i said before when you did implement the !draw rule.
It will not make players to stop with PP, it will encourage them to PP when they are leaking... because the guy who is leaking he will not have this poem in his mind.. the only thing he will think is.. I will not become a burden on the team, I'll sacrifice myself to please everyone in my team, screw it!! come at me cable!!
So what's the solution?
Remove the draw rule.. it should be never there.
Please don't be so blind, the problem isn't how we moderator the game, it's a map issue.
Like others map, when the player leaves/discs, his units and builder should remain in the game.. and red/yellow should have access to control the builder.. so stop trying to make new rules which will bring more issues/drama.

I agree with this to some extent. Most players are only worried about winning the game or winning ELO for themselves. I can't possibly see that people will "sacrifice" for the good of their team. Sorry, I just don't see it.
