The guy had 0 respect throughout the game, solo send multiple times even if we asked him not to and spoke really disrespectful
Game before which were draw on lvl 1 due to dc, he solo send 1 aswell and were rude, so its a general theme for this guy I guess.

Conclusion:
I recommend denying this BRQ due to lack of evidence of true rule breaking. Minor offence was that player RedIsTarded@server.eurobattle.net did solo send 2 times, but first one can be judged as a good call, 2nd didn't impact the game in any way.

He did solo send on arena after being warned not to which is enough for a warning. The militia sends are very minor and didn't really impact the game, so he only solo sent once after being warned. Given the lack of strategy in the chat, doesn't warrant a ban. As for the flame, it was an argument between you 3, not just him flaming you.
