Well ye sure why not? But most use bots to host now days so Im not sure why you need this but ye if the software works on win10 then I bet so you just gota use it right no?

You can use it for your own personal tracking but it will not be efficient.

With the amount of dodgers, this list will not work out for you.
Basically ENT gaming or the bot on which you are playing IS the banlist itself.

This used to work 5 years ago when you were able to host your own games but nowadays with all the bots, they have a database/banlist of people who did infractions with efficient long-term tracking strategies.

Therefore, you will have to trust the database/banlist of the bot on which you are playing and in this case it is ENT.
