Violated Rule(s): All named players except IvanAdar (He was the TK guy) didn't kick IvanAdar for solo sending/TK King Control.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): Solo Send Level 10, and any levels after 12, until 20, where we all sent, and he didnt full send again. Obvious sabotage. Maybe IvanAdar was premate with RTFM, who refused to kick him.
Any further thoughts: Get these kids banned.

First of all IvanAdar did solo send which is not reason for kick, you can explain to new players to save with team he was not doing anything to purposely loose game.

On the other not you refuse to kick our reverse cross valuer and laugh in our face which was afk from lvl 10-20.

This is a judgement for both this and RTFM's cases. I've made a deep review not looking at all the reports and noting everything that happened in the game and was against the rules.

User IvanAdar banned for solo sending 3 days + taking king and not focusing sends 3 days + not upping king on lvl 3 with team 1 day + not kicking a game ruiner 2 days, making it 9 days in total.
User QuarterPounder banned for AFK, 5 days.

The first votekicks against green were not explained properly, since 1 single solo send is not a reason to kick yet and you didn't even tell him not to solo send. I'm counting only those from 28 minute onward, where it was obvious he keeps solo sending every level and he was warned not to do that.

User RTFM did not vote 4/6 times -> banned 3 days + 2 days for switching king target to not give any king gold at lvl 8, making it 5 days.
User zeX also 4/6 times -> banned 3 days.
User O_r_4_N_g_3 6/6 -> banned 4 days + 2 days for deceiving about the rules (see spoiler), 6 days in total.
