But it seems like there's pretty solid evidence of maphacking, so not sure how you're going to appeal it...

So you map hack. Indeed everyone deserves a second chance however if they get banned for map hacking. However, i would like to point out that you are wearing the tag ENT next to your name. What would the WC3 community think when they know your a map hacker. Even worse what would the community think of the clan.

The tag ENT, although not trademarked, makes people aware that your in the clan. Now if the community knows that a person from clan ENT was map hacking this would ruin the reputation of the clan and thus i do not support this ban appeal.
