Any further thoughts: He keeps joining and leaving because we won't votebalance, and is saying that that's against the rules, and that he'll report us for that (sorry we have a 3-man team I guess?). The game still hasn't started and he's been doing this for a good like 5 minutes probably. EDIT: He just made an alt named "VoteBalancePls" and is still doing it. EDIT 2: It took 22 minutes until that game finally started.
