Looking at the replay, nothing seems wrong, and even when he lagged, he said:

I doubt it was intentional (and unless there's a habit of this happening), this is not enough to judge him.

So for now, this should be denied imo.

it happen exactelly when he needed and not 1 time but many. In replay y can think it happen 1 time but in fact it happened like 10 times. the replay notice only one dc... Ofc he said sorry to not be reported...
I think its on purpose because he didnt lag at all before. At the end there was not many units on map so couldnt be his pc who lag. It was his connexion. It should happen randomly not in the best moment to deny our control of the king. There is very little chance it happen.
Yes it can be just luck for him, i just dont believe that. But i can understand yr point of view. There is no proof just a lot of chance he did that on purpose and a little chance it happen randomly.
