Any further thoughts: There is no agreement to go 14, when asked by Aighun if we should go, I said to go 15. Orange solo sends in last 10 seconds of round 13. Causing us to force send, losing us the game entirely.

So OJ calls 14, green agrees that that 14 is good, and yellow asks "we go?" - at this point you had 2 persons claiming a 14 send, one asking if u were going 14 and you claiming 15 -> 50% agreeing to 14, 25% asking confirmation for 14 and 25% claiming 15, so hardly solo send here.
