@ohh seriously? You think giving first blood, which, I hate to tell you, occurs in every game, warrants a votekick? I would ask that you review our rules prior to a) votekicking players in game and b) submitting ban requests.

Your initial votekick attempts were clearly abusive, which only leads to other players mistrusting you with subsequent attempts even if you have legitimate cause at that point.
This is a new player, and we dont allow them to be kicked just because they are new. No advice was ever offered. Just votekicks.

Had I been in that game I would have submitted you for a ban.
