After reviewing:

When picking a mode other than the default one (-rr2-na-ntb-ur-slb-it8-ca-ht-gld28-ban2-srg285-bal1), mode setter (red) must announce it in the lobby before the game starts. Every player must be informed, so they have the opportunity to leave in case of dislike.

Ye I had hoped people had learnt to announce what modes they using.
So far I've only met 1 person that knew about this rule & use my modes
Most dont know or dont care to announce them. or only do so if requested.

However This is 1v1 & not 3v3 The 1v1 bot is at the moment in a grey area as ENT didnt agree to move over the 3v3 modes to that bot too or pass my standard modes for 1v1 CF.

So to enforce them to use my 3v3 modes for 1v1 bot is not really fair, But I totaly agree that they still should Announce the modes they gonna use. (unless both players know eachoter and what modes will be used, but then there would be no BRQ related to it

Do not lie about modes. If you intend to choose a non-default mode or if there is no known default mode, announce the mode in lobby or vote ingame/in lobby.

Well many players are more or less afk in 1v1 lobby and just notice when the game starts
in general i would not join a 1v1 match where red is afk

Do not deceive players about rules in an attempt to get them banned

So when you quoted a rule that dont cover the 1v1 games yet its kinda fair to inform you
But ye not announcing modes overall is mostly frowned upon but all dont care to post BRQs

@milfhunter96 yes true people can wait there afk for quite long and since most dont pause the game to check if they there or do and then just unpause after X min that would make playing vs afker that might leave or not playing at all if reds the AFKer.

Confirmed player failed to announce non-default mode per Zeratul's post above.

The rule page has no clear distinction between the 1v1 bot and the 3v3 bot, so the rules currently apply to both bots. If you wish to change this, make a suggestion on the forum and gather the support of the Castle Fight community, or they will continue to be judged based on the current rule set on the wiki.

Player btx@europe.battle.net banned 24 hours for failure to announce non-default mode.
