Selling value on level 11 is not against the rules, unless they clog on 15. Since no clog, no rule was violated.

You can sell value to leak or to push. Can't sell if its meant for clogging, so no rules broken.

If split or sell value there is no diffrent , he did it a stall time ! how it isnt a rule break ?
he never would leak on lvl 11, all of them where full of anti 15 and they want forcce 15 game. So he sold magna on lvl 11 300 value to make a leak and to get the time

Well first of all you are posting a wrong rule, that was broken in your opinion:
Selling value at any point in the game in order to gain an advantage by stalling time on a racing level is forbidden.

Since he sold it at 11, he couldnt possibly get any advantage in the racing level. The rule would be broken if he sold it at r15.

Regarding this ban request, and after reviewing:

He sold magna, in order to suicide (and leak for the team, as they needed 1 leaker) - nothing wrong in his actions

This brq should be denied

I really don't agree often with you, but on that matter I totally agree. Split is not allowed, selling is. Seems inconclusive. But as shown in my own ban request, which I referred to above, that's how this rule is handled currently.

Ofc there is a slight difference tho. Cause splitting and leaking some sends won't lose you as much gold overall as selling a big unit and then leaking. By splitting you can more or less choose if you leak the upcoming rounds. Whereas if you sell, you just lost value for good and have way more trouble holding later on.

So, to some extent I can see the difference and the reason for those rules, yet I'd appreciate it being differently and not allowed to sell in order to leak
