Update ENT.13 -> New release Wintermaul One

Hi,

This is my new big release, introducing some new functions and balance.

Link to map (or load code if it's on the public hosting bot): Wintermaul One Revolution v1.0.w3x (8ue8g)
Slot layout if applicable (for example, if some slots need to be closed): 9
Number of players until autostart: Min 4.
Problems with map (like cheats and such), if any: None
Why the map should be autohosted: Newer version, big update.
Special notes: With this big update I changed the current name from Revamped to Revolution.
