Dota 1 in 2017/ Almost 2018

Please no flame in this topic! Almost done with my poll. I just believe most people play dota 1 because theyre afraid to switch to a more competitive scene and want to enjoy low skill games (understandable). People who quit dota 2 becuase its too hard or they dont have enough time confuses me because they play 8-12 ENT games a day. So far this comment section is perfect. Would love to see some more opinions on why anima.....people are playing dota 1. Also to people saying they just dota 1 just for fun, i dont understand how a dead game and losing/ pretty much not playing a real game is fun. But i guess im looking at it from a winners mentality. Keep the opinions coming! Cheers

@divinerape i dont believe you played 500 dota 2 games or you would much rather play that than dota 1, or you werent very good at the game (no flaming just being honest.) most people who come back to dota 1 after dota 2 either 1) were very bad and couldnt handle fun competitive games. or 2) you havent played enough games to get used to it. i used to never want to play dota 2 and LOVED dota 1. but look at me now ! I actually know player who made 2 million in dota 2 that is still playing dota 1. He used to be pro player too. There must be a reason he still plays dota 1. Flowersnow it is.

Doubtful, out of the top 10 earners I know MinD_ContRoL & Fear, both really good players, Fear probably has about 12 years of straight dota ownage
