Any further thoughts: I'm not entirely sure if this was on purpose (most likely is) or if this is even bannable for hellhalt, but leaving right as round starts after your send. This allows your units to stay alive, but you get no creeps. This allows you to essentially hold any wave. This can be abused as seen in this game if you know both teams are going to die and you leave to gain your team the advantage. The offender, gloin, d/c's then immediately goes on to join another game of hellhalt. I doubt his internet suddenly acted up at the perfect time, then came back on so he could join another game 40 seconds later.
