Why are you banned: discconection on multiple different occasions
Why you should be unbanned: the disconnections was mainly due to a blue screen error that i kept getting recently after my patch to windows 10, error code : store_ exception . and also due to unknown disconnections( attached picture ) . i did not leave any single game on purpose. Not even a single one. i have tried a few online solution to fix the error like updating drivers and uninstalling anti virus etc, it only reduces the frequency of the error but doesnt totally eliminate it .
