(12:42 / Allied) CryptonoX: why u play lihl if u don't aim to iwn
(12:44 / Allied) CryptonoX: instead of tk shit?
(12:51 / Allied) thizzordie: fucik off
I didn't flame any1 untill he started to act careless and disrespectfull.
Also I wanted him to leave because his intentional teamkill seemed so clear to me and I knew it would lead to drawing of the game. I didn't want to lose game because of a teamkiller.

Some boys talk about not being afraid a man with a gun - Until it pops off, you don't even see where they turn - Using excuses about running to get his gun - But when we see him, he is hiding underneath his bed

U should put whole version of that small chat :
Code: Select all
(12:24 / Allied) thizzordie: zz
(12:30 / Allied) thizzordie: sorry?
(12:42 / Allied) CryptonoX: why u play lihl if u don't aim to iwn
(12:44 / Allied) CryptonoX: instead of tk shit?
(12:51 / Allied) thizzordie: fucik off
(12:58 / Allied) CryptonoX: you fucking trash
When someone says he is sorry u continue to attack him ? That is pro manners for this league, rly. Ofc he gets annoyed, everyone would.

'zz, sorry'' means ''fuck you'' on other words, there was nothing sincere on his ''apology''

U need to give a proper argument about that accusation.

Re: Thizzordie leave - Fate and Crypto request him to leave game
@FateStayNight we talked before about escalating situations. In that earlier case (with Schrumpfi, varg etc), you kept going, same as here. Sure, a first question is legit, but if you keep asking him when you see he can't answer it (dunno), you see he is in distress (they focus on fucking with me), and then escalate it even further by repeatedly asking to sell, starting a votekick, you are going too far again. For a player who has not been warned about this before, it would have been 2 days for the !votekick abuse, and a warning for escalating the situation, but in your case, 4 days is entirely justifiable.
You should have either asked the opponents to draw, or play the game out and let us handle it. This would probably have resulted in a 5 day unvouch for Thizzordie, and you would have played it like you should.
For @cryptonox , 2 days for trying to kick him, and 1 day for being extremely negative, flaming and trying to make him break rules, 3 days is a good deal. You can deal with it.

Re: Thizzordie leave - Fate and Crypto request him to leave game
so now we start banning on no rules? in the rules it clearly says vk is viable when someone breaks the rules, thizz clearly did. No one reported me for asking selling and it had no impact on the game.
however vargs report still broke the rule set by urself.
!votekick name Initiate a votekick on a player for breaking rule(s). (i did start !vk after he saved 400 lumb on 7).
so this rule is bullshit?
either we go with all the rules or with none.
the problem here was thizz beeing drunk not his teammates getting pissed of.
IF thizz stayed in the game like he was supposed to do, the game would have ended in a usual way and no one would have gotten banned.

That rule is not bullshit, you can use !votekick when a votekick is needed if someone breaks the rules, like someone AFK after level 20 and you want to play on 3v4. Of course you don't votekick someone who is in the game and playing. You report that person. Especially in an in-house league. And especially since you are not the one deciding on what a rulebreak is.
@Cryptonox, You are right. Then it is a normal deal I guess

"We have decided to embrace jamo 's suggestion that you can only make a report for a violation 2 hours after it happened. This includes dc-penalties.
Although it may be inconvenient to wait in some cases, we are hoping to reduce the amount of 'rage-reports' with this measure. Thanks again for that suggestion @Jamo ."
Why we have this rule, if the report (made 5 min after game) was handled like before the rule was set?
"Of course you don't votekick someone who is in the game and playing." He was drunk and not really taking part of the game.

I am going to process this, we made our judgment and explained it. You know the ways in case you aren't done with it.
